A question for all international TIP fans (this includes folks in Canada).
Previously, because shipping costs were rather minimal, we used padded envelopes. Then, it wasn't expensive, so even if a disc broke (a very rare happening), it was cheap to send another copy. However, with the new shipping costs it will be much more expensive to mail discs. I don't think we will be able to send replacements for free any more if a disc is damaged during shipping.
So, my question is: Would everyone prefer to continue with the padded envelopes, or would you prefer that we used boxes instead?
My (rough) estimate of air-mail costs would be something like $9.50 for one disc to Canada in a padded envelope, $13 for one disc to Canada in a box. $12 for four discs to Canada by padded envelope, $14.50 for four discs by box. // $11.50 for one disc to other international destinations by padded envelope, $14 for one disc in a box. $16.50 for four discs to other international destinations, $19 for four discs by box.
