[TIP] July Update

Aheheheh, and we were doing so well a few months ago at keeping up the monthly updates. I'm sorry I've let them slide again, but I think I'm back on track!

So, this update is mainly to let you know that we are indeed still alive and still working on projects, even if at a truly glacial pace. It's also to let you know that international distro is closed for a bit and may be slow or closed for the next several weeks. One of our distro gals (me) is moving countries, and it may take me a while for all my electronics to arrive (hopefully in one piece).
