Updated USA/Canada Prices

Hey everyone -

Well, postage went up here in the USA at the end of January, and I've finally gotten around to re-figuring the USA/Canada prices.

I'd hoped to avoid this, but for the first time I'm setting two different prices for USA and Canada. My post office has been pretty strict about enforcing the package rate (instead of the letter rate) on disks I mail, and there's over a dollar difference in price that way. *sigh*

The new rates are now on the Order Page.
