TIP distro changes

Hi folks,

Shuffling distro gals at the moment, and at the moment that means everything is coming from Japan, so we have unfortunately had to raise the costs a little on shipping to the US/Canada.

Changes:
* Everywhere is now the same cost.
* US/Canada can choose trackable, priority EMS shipping if they would like.
* We can only accept Paypal payments, no more money orders
