A note from your US/Canada distributor

Our US distributor (aka yours truly) is down to only one DVD drive (I usually have two), so please be understanding if orders take a little bit longer.

Also, I will be out of the country from November 25th to December 9th.  Distro will be temporarily closing starting on November 18th and will be reopening on December 10th.  (This is to give me time to complete orders before I leave).  So please put in your US orders by November 18th.
