TIP costs

The eagle-eyed might notice that the price chart has changed recently. After almost two years, it needed to be updated to reflect changes in the US postal costs. Unfortunately, there's going to be another rise in USPS costs in May. Also unfortunately, I've spent so much time trying to explain to people that we can't accept PayPal credit card payments that I've finally given in. I upgraded my PayPal account to accept them, but now there is an additional 2.9% + .30 charge to every payment I accept, so the prices have also gone up again today to reflect that. Apologies to everyone it has worked out for before, but I think this is going to save the folks doing distro a huge headache.

Thanks for your understanding, I just wanted to explain what was going on. ;)

Also! For international postage, I've added the option of priority mail, since some people in the Phillipines and such were concerned about how long air mail takes to reach them. For inside the US, and Canada, it's really not worth the extra cost.
