Hey all! An update, which may happen from month to month. Maybe. Kinda. If we're organized enough. ;)
We've got some good news, and perhaps it is also bad news? ;) Thanks to the kindness of some of you, we have TV copies of Arch of Triumph and Nova Bossa Nova coming. In my (
ekusudei's) case, it means I'm going to set aside Epiphany for now to concentrate on finishing up the translations of NBN that I started about a year ago with
mon_bouche.
jenebi's work on Gekijou appears to have met a similar fate, as she works hard on her brainchild, the sampler disk.
Elisabeth is the project with the most of us working on it, so like in all large bureaucracies, it's slowest going. ;) Right now we're checking scenes we translated from our commercial DVDs against our TV copy which was filmed on a different day, and once that's done, our fabulous editor will be attempting to synchronize all of our translation styles into one narrative. And then it gets sent to the subtitler. Since we're all working in what free time we can scrap together, this is all going to take a while.
Glassy Landscape is in the subtitling phase. It was put on hold for a little while because of software problems. Aaaand, I believe Season of Angels is on hold until our TV copy arrives. Once it does arrive, it'll fall into the queue.
Oh, and a request from us to all of you who received copies of Seal of Roses. Please, drop a note on the SoR post and let us know what you thought of it? The good, the bad, the ugly....
